Ei Kay Pai graduated with a specialization in mathematics. She founded "Let's Go Together," a non-profit English Language Training Centre for those passionate about learning the language but unable to afford expensive tuition fees. Under the motto "today's reader, tomorrow's leader," she also established Mang-Maubin, a non-profit book rental service operating like a library, to ensure no one faces difficulties accessing books.
As a social and environmental activist, she writes on climate change (SDG 13) and gender equality (SDG 5). Her profession has given her the platform to advocate for the voiceless, bringing attention to human rights and gender inequality issues. Additionally, she volunteers as an information analyst on the Develop Up Youth Community's research team, which has enhanced her research abilities.
In her opinion, “if we have quality education, all of the SDGs will be implemented.” Therefore, she is dedicated to ensuring that Myanmar receives quality education. Most of Myanmar's people are suffering significantly due to the military coup, and many youths are unable to continue their studies because of the conflict. In her training sessions, she will demonstrate how they can continue their education and provide essential skills training to help them pursue their degrees.
